In October 2019, under the supervision of the Arab Beekeepers Union, the first edition of the festival was launched under the generous sponsorship of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Environment and the Council of Arab Economic Unity for four consecutive sessions. The third edition was sponsored by the Tourism Promotion Authority.

The festival has proven in its four editions that the Egyptian beekeeper is able to compete and occupy an advanced position among the world's beekeepers for his ability to meet the various challenges facing beekeeping, cross his bees to safety, and occupy the forefront in the field of exporting bee parcels.

في أكتوبر 2019 وتحت  اشراف اتحاد النحالين العرب،  انطلقت النسخة الأولى من المهرجان برعاية كريمة من وزارة الزراعة ووزارة التجارة والصناعة  ووزارة البيئة ومجلس الوحدة الاقتصادية العربية  لأربع دورات متتالية، وقد حظيت النسخة الثالثة برعاية هيئة تنشيط السياحة أيضاً.

أثبت المهرجان في نسخه الأربعة أن النحال المصري قادر على المنافسة واحتلال مركز متقدم بين نحالين العالم لقدرته على مواجهة التحديات المختلفة التي تواجه تربية النحل، والعبور بنحله الى بر الأمان، واحتلال الصدارة في مجال تصدير طرود النحل.
